1) Users of this site do so at their own risk. It is up to individual users to ensure they are intimately familiar with the ACEM Training & Examination handbook (available here) and all pre-requisites, and required knowledge prior to sitting the ACEM Fellowship exam. ED Exam, it’s administrators and moderators accept no responsibility for candidates who fail the ACEM Fellowship examination after taking advice from this site. A principal tenet of ED Exam, and our fundamental philosophy is that candidates should source advice, study tips, and knowledge from MULTIPLE SOURCES. While we will endeavour to be as comprehensive as possible, failure to seek other sources of advice on the exam, or sole-reliance on this site for advice, may lead to inadequate preparation, and subsequent failure on exam day.
2) Any post on the forum or uploaded notes from or by any member containing obscene material, offensive language, explicit content, illegal content, viruses, malware or other content deemed unsuitable by the site administrator will be deleted, the user will be banned permanently from the site, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities (via your IP address).
3) This website is not for voicing personal grievances with or opinions about the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine, specific hospitals, teaching programs, tutors, examiners, other study groups, DEMT’s or any individual, and doing so may place you in contravention of the ACEM Constitution and your College Membership may be rescinded (Reasons for termination of membership include: Section 4.3.1 (c) which states “if the member engages in conduct which in the opinion of the Council is unbecoming of members or is prejudicial to the interests of the College”).
When signing up as a member we collect the minimum personal information required (we do not need your address, phone number, ACEM member number, credit card number or any other identifying information).
