OK, here it is. Our first “worked” answer for the pelvic fracture case. We haven’t just written an answer for you to copy/compare yours against, but instead have done a “walk-through” on how to dissect the question, how to emphaise the important points, and we’ve tried really hard to tease out the important issues to give you a much more comprehensive overview of how to answer the question, as well as a lot of information including up to date references on the actual topics involved.
